Cooking outdoors in a Dutch oven usually conjures up images of buttery biscuits, cheesy casseroles, and high calorie desserts. While it is fun to occassionally indulge, there are ways to enjoy your Dutch oven without trashing your diet. In this demonstration, learn how to substitute high fat, high calorie meals with ones that are more nutritious and less hazardous to your waistline. Bring a bowl and a spoon for sampling if you can.
