Join a park interpreter for a homeschool class geared toward children grades third and higher. This week’s topic is the American black bear. How much do you know about these unique creatures? Can you separate fact from fiction when it comes to these animals? Explore the life and history of these bears, and discover why Arkansas used to be called, “The Bear State.”  Class size is limited to 30 and pre-registration is required.
