Kick off 2013 by keeping your new year's resolution to lead a healthier lifestyle. Join a park interpreter for a moderately strenuous 4-mile hike on Caddo Bend Trail. What a great opportunity to connect with nature while engaging in healthy physical activity. Be sure to dress in warm layers, wear sturdy shoes, and bring plenty of drinking water. Today's hike is part of a national health and outdoor awareness movement; join others across Arkansas and the nation out on the trails for this "First Day Hike." #2013One
