Celebrate the rich African American history of the Parkin area! Experience the everyday life of African American students who attended the Northern Ohio School here in the early 1900s. Activities will showcase Depression Era jobs, chores, food, and school subjects. This event is separated into two weeks – first week for grades 4 and under, second week for grades 5 and higher.  Teachers, call early; reservations are required, and this event fills quickly.
