One of two buildings on the museum's grounds original to Arkansas's Grand Prairie, this dog-trot cabin contructed in 1877 is an example of how houses were built on the prairie and throughout the Delta. The cabin was moved to the museum site from its original location just one-half mile away. The house is furnished in the style of the late 1800s.
